ROLL A DICE Workout NO 03

Core strength is one of the most important thing in swimming. We have created a fun way to do your AB workout at home.
Direction – Roll 2 dice. For each round do at least 10 dice rolls. If you are keen to do more according to your fitness level just go for it. Make sure you use a mat or a flat cushion for all the exercises.
