You are cordially invited to attend the 2024 LV Vikings VARSITY Spring Sports Banquet which will be held on Wednesday, May 8 at K-Oaks. Due to space constraints, we will have a rolling schedule with Girls and Boys Basketball, Girls Soccer and Softball from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., followed by Girls and Boys Golf, Girls and Boys Tennis, and Girls and Boys Track & Field from 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. We will need the 30 minutes in between the two banquets to prep, so we ask that the second group not arrive prior to 7:25 p.m.

Registration (RSVP) is a TWO step process: Step 1. Complete the RSVP Form. Step 2. Sign up for an item to bring on the Banquet Item Sign Up Sheet. Please complete a separate RSVP form for each athlete/manager attending.

We would appreciate your RSVP and item sign up no later than Tuesday, April 30.

We are asking that each athlete sign up to bring an item and deliver it to the LVHS Cafeteria on Sunday, May 5 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Each athlete/manager and/or their family will be responsible for bringing a minimum of one item per sport they participated in. Sign up is via a Google Sheet. Please put the athlete’s name next to the item they are bringing and select the sport they participated in. Banquet Item Sign Up Link.

If you would rather make a $10 donation instead of bringing item(s), please use the PayPal link below. We then will use the money to purchase additional items for the banquet. LV Viking Booster Club PayPal Link. The QR Code to our PayPal account is at the bottom of the RSVP Form.

Each athlete/manager will be allowed to bring up to 2 guests. If an athlete’s family has additional parents/guardians that would like to attend, please email the Booster Club at lvvikingbooster@gmail.com so that we may accommodate your request and manually add you to the RSVP Form.
