We are entering our final preparation phase for New Balance Nationals Indoor this week.
π― The goal now is simple: arrive in Boston healthy, fresh, and confident.

Here is our schedule for the next few days:
ππΎ Saturday
No practice due to weather.
ππΎ Sunday Practice@2pm@Vista
This will be our final quality session before travel.
πͺπΎπAthletes will complete a short speed session focused on acceleration and rhythm. The workout will be brief and designed to keep everyone sharp.
ππΎ Monday Practice:
Short neural session and light lift.
πͺπΎπThis is not a heavy workout β just a final primer before travel.
ππΎ Tuesday:
βοΈπ©Travel day. No practice.
πͺπΎπUpon Arrival Please focus on hydration, stretching, and rest.(information can be found in Team app)
ππΎ Wednesday (Boston):
Open Track Access: 3:00β6:00 PM
We will meet at New Balance Indoor Track@
πͺπΎπAthletes will complete a short shake-out session to get comfortable on the track.
ππΎ Thursday (Boston):
Open Track Access: 9:00 AMβ12:00 PM
πͺπΎπThis will be a quick pre-race primer to activate speed and prepare for competition.
π―π―At this point the training is complete.
Now itβs about execution and confidence.
