We are entering our final preparation phase for New Balance Nationals Indoor this week.

🎯 The goal now is simple: arrive in Boston healthy, fresh, and confident.

πŸ“… Here is our schedule for the next few days:

No practice due to weather.

πŸ™ŒπŸΎ Sunday Practice@2pm@Vista
This will be our final quality session before travel.

πŸ’ͺ🏾🏁Athletes will complete a short speed session focused on acceleration and rhythm. The workout will be brief and designed to keep everyone sharp.

πŸ™ŒπŸΎ Monday Practice:
Short neural session and light lift.

πŸ’ͺ🏾🏁This is not a heavy workout β€” just a final primer before travel.

πŸ™ŒπŸΎ Tuesday:
βœˆοΈπŸ›©Travel day. No practice.

πŸ’ͺ🏾🏁Upon Arrival Please focus on hydration, stretching, and rest.(information can be found in Team app)

Open Track Access: 3:00–6:00 PM
We will meet at New Balance Indoor Track@

πŸ’ͺ🏾🏁Athletes will complete a short shake-out session to get comfortable on the track.

πŸ™ŒπŸΎ Thursday (Boston):
Open Track Access: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

πŸ’ͺ🏾🏁This will be a quick pre-race primer to activate speed and prepare for competition.
