Athletes, when you get there, check in at The Check-in Table. Find a place we can be out the way and go check your blocks!
1. Step on Track (Take 3-5 Deep Breathes)
2. Visualize your race and your execution of your perfect race. Add in the emotion!
3. set your blocks and get a feel for the Nlocks and your settings for us on block pressure, full pressure on both blocks.
4. do 2-3, reactions out the blocks, not runs just 0 step reactions. can be done in spikes or flats
5. go back to Camp and do some floor stretches and Foam Rolling.
