RE:7th dec -students who have a ticket to watch the show.

All students must be backstage by 3pm - If your child is not in the first half - they will be waiting in the auditorium for you when the theatre opens- we must check all students hair and make up before they go into the audience for the first half - IMPORTANT !!! at intermission they must be brought back to the auditorium stage door and marked off by a staff member first to get ready for the second half - any late students may miss their item.

Student performing in the first half that have a ticket can be collected from the outside doors to the dressing area AFTER their performance and walked back around to the auditorium ( this is so we do not disrupt the rest of the show from continuing) We will not open the auditorium stage door- you must walk around.

ALL students in the auditorium in the second half will be called down to the stage door after the acrobatics routine ( children) to get ready for the finale - there will be no marking off students this needs to happen very quickly. Your child may miss their entrance to the finale if they do not return backstage during this time.
