Today’s at home workout is posted in the calendar! Again remember I want to see interactions and results!
Notice that the finisher will count as your attendance for today. You can either count your reps each round and send them to me/ post them and tag splitter strength. Or you can take a video of yourself doing one of the rounds and post on here or social media, again don’t forget to take spitter strength!
