Hello Lincoln athletes!
As I know many of us are experiencing mixed emotions over sports being cancelled and fear of boredom. I am making it a goal to try and minimize that fear by creating a “virtual weight room”. Let me explain…

Right away I knew I wanted to make it a goal to give everyone the opportunity to continue their training during this break. But I want to take it one step further!
For those of you that have been in the weight room with me, you know I try more than anything to create a fun and inviting environment for EVERYONE who walks in the doors. I want to extend that to this on line format as well, but I’m going to need YOUR help!

Each day I will be posting a workout that anyone could do no matter what type of equipment you have (along with instructional videos and examples to help explain).
What I ask of all of you is to encourage and hold your teammates/ friends accountable.
PLEASE feel free to comment/share your results/ encouragement/ struggles/ videos/ pictures with me and everyone else!
I have a hope that doing this will help bring us all together during a time where we may feel isolated. I am extremely excited to begin this and I hope you all are as well.
