Wind practice for today:

150 burpees
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 jumping jacks
50 stand-ups
50 jump tux
2 2 minutes wall sit
2- 5 minute shadow wrestle (stance, shot, down block)
2- 1 minute plank
If up to it go for a run mile or more
