If you have informed us that you wanted a room before the deadline, we have booked it and it is under the organization's name and you will be able to get your key on Friday and or when you arrive.
We received a call from the hotel. You do not have to call the hotel if you asked us to get you a room. Per the hotel, the price has increased from $107 a night to $159 a night and they are booked out. So, if you did not ask us to get you a room, you will need to search for another hotel.
