-Represent Bellmont Wrestling with class
-Go to bed on/under weight
-Coaches in Room 211 & 212. Scale in Room 215. Go right in the check.
-Room Captains -Report everyone in your rooms weight to coaches at 9:00
-Lights out by 10:15. Not a second later. Phones too!
-Wake up by 6:45
-Tidy room before leaving. Double check it
-Leave door propped open for coaches to check.
-Turn in room keys to Sean or Tim only
-Be in lobby at 7:15
-Bus leaves at 7:30
-Weigh ins at 8:00 (+1 lb.)
-Get a great warm up
-Wrestle at 9:00. Come out with a Predator Mindset! Everyone got better today and you are a VERY fun team to watch progress. Keep it rolling tomorrow!
