Fall Workouts (September Calendar)

I hope everyone had a great summer and is enjoying their first couple of weeks back at school!

Our boys basketball program will begin fall workouts in September. These workouts will focus on skill development, basic concepts, and strength/conditioning. They are open for any student who is not participating in a school fall sport (Football/Soccer). The September calendar is linked below.

For students to participate, they must have a physical turned in and up-to-date. Participation does not guarantee students a spot on our team. Tryouts to select our teams will begin after fall break.

Due to safety, daily attendance is expected to participate in fall workouts. We will be progressing weekly with strength, conditioning, and other aspects that enhance our student-athletes. If attendance is an issue, students will be asked not to return until tryouts.
