The 10th; it is a leadership development, and mentoring program inspired by the Talented Tenth Essay - W. E. B. Du Bois
Our purpose is to empower and inspire mentees to develop leadership skills through educational activities, civic engagement, and character development. These abilities are intended to increase success in and out of the classroom. The program will provide both a challenging and rewarding experiences of its members. Mentors will advocate and advise in efforts to remove barriers and provide opportunities for the mentees.
