Dear Parents,

I need a team of parents to assist me at 8.30am putting up some tents for classrooms, assisting with pole padding and other equipment. It would be fantastic to have a team of between 5 - 10 to assist in the morning and again in the evening.
Evening l would love some assistance from 6pm when dinner is arriving and we are dealing with 120 hungry children.
