A reminder that Team Request Forms for Intermediate and Open teams MUST be submitted and approved 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟱:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺 𝗼𝗻 📅 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

👉 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.
Late registrations will 𝙣𝙤𝙩 be chased.

1️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - The Team Request Form must be completed in full, including details for the Coach/Delegate and Manager. Players 18 years and over do not require a parent/guardian signature

2️⃣ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 - Team requests must include a minimum of 7 players. Please note, we are unable to guarantee that additional players can be placed into requested teams.

3️⃣ 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - Approved team requests are not required to attend grading. Any team request not approved before registrations closing will require all players to attend grading for individual placement.

4️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 - 📧 Completed Team Request Forms must be emailed to:
