Awesome Athletics ™ is a Louisville based track and field club for youth athletes. We approach training with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, the fundamentals of sprint mechanics, well planned race strategy, and mental preparation for competition.
While we train in a group setting, each athlete's development plan is individualized to their events to maximize success.
Our athletes compete at the highest levels of youth track and field in KTCCCA, KHSAA, AAU, and USATF league competitions.
