Dryland Sessions this week:
*Tuesday 9/24 5:00-6:00pm 50/50 Situations (including draws)
*Wednesday 9/25 5:00-6:00pm Defensive Concepts
*Wednesday 9/25 6:00-7:00pm Offensive Concepts (includes GOALIE training)

Please remember to sign up on drylandsports.com (if this is your first time attending a session you will need a parent to create an online account and add you as a youth member; remember, all your Dryland lacrosse work is included in your tuition!)
