Monday Workout

Conditioning day!!
Jump rope for 3 minutes
Run in place for 3 minutes
Jumping jacks for 1 minute
Short distance sprints (length of your backyard or front sidewalk from end to end of your house) As fast as possible, walk back and repeat 5x. Quick first step and burst of speed.

Repeat 3x
