Toss back jump stop. Front pivot, reverse pivot. Jump to the ball, catch in triple threat - work on your pivots both feet. Stay low keep the ball tight

Front pivot, shot fake and attack for a layup or jumper.
Reverse pivot, hard jab then sweep and attack for a layup or jumper
5 Spots 25 shots each in total layups & jumpers.
