Warm-up-
Jab
Double jab
Right and left 10x each
Drill-
Jab into jump shot 10x each (no dribble, jab hard, come back and shoot)
Double jab into sweep opposite layup. (double jab, come back to triple threat, sweep hard and low, attack opposite side into layup)
Note: Hold your triple threat, knees bent, hard jab protect the ball

Repetition is key here. Once you get it down keep at it for 25 reps off the single jab and double.
