This is a reminder regarding the established procedures for accessing and securing our venues.

If you are assigned to unlock a venue, please ensure that all keys and swipes/fobs are collected from the designated collection point prior to your session. These access items must then be passed directly to the next scheduled coach or team official.

Failure to follow this procedure results in the final team being unable to lock the venue, which causes avoidable disruption. It also requires considerable time spent contacting individuals to locate the keys, inconveniencing several people and ultimately delaying the last team’s departure.

Your adherence to these procedures is essential to the smooth operation of our venue use and is greatly appreciated.
