Hope everyone is doing well, if you need anything please let me know.

Stay up on your academics, you should be spending at least 45 minutes on each class per day!

Exercise, get into a daily workout routine. Decide what you want to do (get stronger, faster, lose weight, gain weight etc..) and do it.

Make sure you are checking up on each other, don’t assume everyone is ok, some are really struggling out there so check on each other. You don’t have to be best friends, but you do need to let them know you are there. Heck, I don’t even like most of you, but still check on you!!!

Realize that being stuck in the house all the time makes everyone a little irritated, so do your part to help out, be part of the solution not the problem.
