Job description
Remote position:
Part-Time, Full-Time, Weekend Availability

Answer incoming calls from customers to schedule residential/ commercial inspections
Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required parameters
Coordinate with customers schedules while maximizing the calendar
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
Make sales or recommendations of services that would best meet the customer’s needs
Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability

Skills and Competencies
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
Proven customer service/support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with Microsoft products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to problem-solve
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Understanding of company products, services, and policies
Strong time management and decision-making skills
