Despite losing several archers to illness this weekend, the Dixie Archery Team was able to score 3287 at the Owen County Spring Fling tournament. Our score was good enough for 3rd place, just 8 points out of 2nd place. This score now stands as the 5th highest tournament score in school history. This year’s team now owns 9 of the top 10 scores in Dixie Heights Archery history!

Our top scoring archers included Hallie Kriege (282), Carly McGee (281), Phoebe Roberts (278), Emma Foreman (275), Jacob Wilson (275), Riley Edwards (273), Miranda Stouffer (273), Celeste Roberts (272), Finn Fry (271), Jordan Hulsey (270), Abby Gibson (270), Mia Blackwood (269), Mike Creamer (268) and Emma McAndrews (268).

Hallie Kriege, Carly McGee and Phoebe finished in the top 10 of the girls high school division placing 6th, 7th and 10th respectively.

Phoebe Roberts, Carly McGee, Emma McAndrews and Abby Gibson had perfect ends of 50 from 10 meters!

We had several archers establish new career high scores. These archers included Abby Gibson (270), Emma Foreman (275), Ben Stewart (266), and Gabe Bingaman (253)!
