Hello Everyone,

I have a challenge idea for all NNAOG members (including mums, dads, siblings) whoever wants to take part! The challenge will run for the entirety of this week (ending on Sunday night).

I would like to make a video that will combine everyone’s clips that you send me as well as the coaches. The clip needs to involve the following:

Start standing in the middle of the camera screen. Have someone (off camera) throw you a toilet roll from the right hand side of the camera screen, catch it, do either a dance move/gymnastics move or something fun and then throw it off camera to the left of the camera screen. When I edit it together it will look like we are throwing it one another!

If you could be wearing a piece of NNAOG attire that would be even better but it doesn’t matter if you don’t have anything!

At the end of the week I will paste it all together so that it looks like the video below!
