Dear Newington Swimming Club Members,

I hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to announce that the Newington Swimming Club will be hosting its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, October 15th, at 5:00 PM, on-site at Newington.

We strongly encourage all members to attend this important meeting. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in the club’s operations and to contribute to the future success of our swimmers.

Attached to this notice, you will find a list of roles and their descriptions. Please take a moment to review them and consider how you might be able to assist. Your support is vital to the continued growth and development of our club.

Additionally, with the upcoming membership roll-over period, we are seeking early expressions of interest for the committee. If you are interested in taking on a committee role, please do not hesitate to contact me directly and note the form attached to this notice.

Please note that becoming a dry member is highly encouraged for parents as only members of Newington Swim Club can participate and vote at the AGM.
