For those not continuing to train over the next few weeks, we ask that you have your locker cleaned out by Next Wednesday.

I will be sending out a form for wrestlers to take a quick inventory of how their season went, intention for Spring/Summer, future goals, training environment, etc.. This is to be completed by you but then a quick 5-10 minute with me during a connect time or another arranged time PRIOR TO Spring Break. The end of season evaluation is important so that we can continue to grow as a team and as a coaching staff. Reflection is pivotal.

For those new to the program, we will host a sit down dinner banquet. We have not secured a date with Niederman's Farm yet and we are figuring out if that venue is large enough because our program has grown quite a bit over the last few years. The goal is mid/late April for the banquet and we will communicate it here as well as on email.
