Using the Allyse Method?

I AM ALL ABOUT CONVENIENCE AND TIME SAVINGS...

Sending samples was taking way too much time! So I designed a few tools to help me do the job:


• 7 x 5 postcard with the script from the B2B book, "Essential oils are similar to medications in this way..." -- even though I've said it already, this is a reminder for the recipient

I write the name of the oil on the postcard on the line provided beside the words "A sample for you"

I sign my name on the bottom corner of the card

• A7 sized envelope. Big enough for the card and the "Healthy Can Be Simple" or the "A-Z Guide"

I used Canva for the design work. I put my return address AND the "Hand Stamp Only" & "Non machinable" on them so I don't have to be writing it every single time

• The square labels on the aluminum pouches are the QR Code label from Avery (22805). I also add a cap label stick on the aluminum pouch to identify what is in it. -- The aluminum pouch idea came from the video by Katya Silves that you can see here

• THE PRINTING of the ENVELOPES and CARDS was done by JAY DOLAN of Precision Printing. He has the CARD TEMPLATE. I designed and my permission to print them for anyone who wants them. You can use Canva to design your own envelope and also have those printed.

Quick edit to add -- This is all I send them. I am considering the addition of the new PDF of the A-Z that was just loaded to this page but this is it. No instructions.

That is all done on the phone. I ask them to let me know when it arrives (on the card and on the labels) and I am also calendaring and figuring an approximate time it will arrive. Plus I drip on them with nuggets of information from the website/product guide. It builds the excitement for them.

SAMPLE TEXT (These can be programmed ahead of time on any phone with Verizon Messages Plus)

"Alrighty! Your sample is in the mail. Excited for it to make its way to you. In the meantime, I'll be sending you nuggets of learning so you can get started right away when it gets there. :-)"

"Good morning! I love to put a drop in my favorite smoothie and even in my coffee for a refreshing mint twist. When yours arrives, you can give it a try!"

"Oh my gosh I wonder how far that sample has gone so far? Where do you think it is right now? Today I have a drop of Peppermint oil in my water for a refreshing lift that also helps my mouth. That postman needs to hurry up. LOL"
