We are happy to report that we now have updated enrollment forms with the following changes;

- Simplified the payment section, including a blank space where people can write their credit card info
- Updated the enrollment kit images to more clearly showcase the product
- Replaced the Healthy home kit with the Healthy Essentials kit
- Added a QR code quick link to the enrollment kit flyer for those who like to show all the kits at their classes
