1) Gates open at 7:45AM. Head Coaches check in at the main gate tent to pick up your packet.
2) Starting Heights for vertical events are the following:
Starting heights:
Pole Vault: Girls 10:00 AM (2 pits) / Boys 1:00 PM (2 pits)
Girls Flight 1 - 7-3
Girls Flight 2 - 8-9
Boys Flight 1 - 9-9
Boys Flight 2 - 12-3
High Jump: ***Pay attention to the start times
Girls Flight 1 - 10:00 AM, starting height 4-3
Girls Flight 2 - 11:30AM, starting height 4-7
Boys Flight 2 - 1:00PM, starting height 5-5 (the better jumpers will jump in the middle of the meet)
Boys Flight 1 - 2:30PM, starting height 5-1
3) There will be weigh-ins for the throws implements.
