Happy Monday Coaches! I hope everyone had a wonderful fall break week! Please focus this week on Vault and teach positions(what things are called). Have a race, handstand competition, tight body competition, how far can you hurdle competition! Have fun! Don't forget to start working Frozen Invitational Showcase Routines, see the documents for more details, or ask Loren for a printout. Tell kids it will be December 9th.
