This years Camp Jabez will be Monday July 15-19, 2015 at The Fayette County 4H park in Fayetteville, WV.

Registration is between 10am- 11:30am. Please NO Registration after 11:30am.

This years Registration location has changed. Drive up on the Hill to the Rec. Hall, children will be registered there. After registering your child, and checking in with the camp nurse, you may drive your child(ren) to their assigned cabin ( traffic will move in a one way pattern, so please do not block the road way) help them unload, hug them goodbye and relax for the week.

PICK UP: Please be at the camp ground on Friday July 19 am at 10am SHARP!!! We have a very limited time to be out of the camp.

What your child should bring:
Changes of Clothes
Swimming trunks / one pc bathing suit
comfortable shoes
bug spray
shower accessories
towel
blanket, sheet, pillow or sleeping bag and pillow
deordant
tooth brush/ tooth paste

Camp Jabez WILL NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged Cell phones.

What your child SHOULD NOT bring:
Money
Valuables
drugs
tobacco
alcohol
fireworks
prank materials
pets

PHONES:
Your child may have a cell phone, however they are only allowed on phones during free time and they may call home at night before bed. Camp Jabez will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged cell phones. cell service is very spotty at the camp ground. In the event of an emergency or to check on your child, you may contact the camp director at Sheila Amick at 304-661-6104.

Medication: All medications MUST be checked in and given to the camp nurse. No child with a bee sting allergy will be admitted to camp without having their EpiPen.

Closed Campus: In an effort to better protect our campers, we observe a closed campus policy, meaning we ask all visits to the camp grounds to be very limited. However our church services are open to all and you are welcome to attend.
