The Varsity Boys followed a familiar pattern for success today at Midtown. Tied at the half 27-27 after OCA hit 7
threes, the Griffins came out for the 3rd quarter and locked down the Eagles offense holding them to only 10 points in the 2nd half. Steadily pulling away, The ACADEMY kept attacking for a 57-37 victory. The Griffins were led by seniors Jackson Holdsworth with 15 and AJ Jackson with 11, as well as an overall great floor game from sophomore Paxton Ford. The Griffins finish out their home stand this week with games Tuesday and Senior Night on Friday.
