Hi Everyone!
We will be having a Cross Country Interest Meeting at 3:45 on Friday 5/13 at the high school concession stand in the stadium.

We hope you will join us and we need your help to accomplish this team’s goals. You have a chance to be part of a team where you can make everyone around you better. We will never turn down anyone willing to work hard and be kind.

The summer training plan will start on 5/16 for those who didn’t train through track regionals. I will have the training plan posted on here as soon as possible.

We cannot meet for XC practice until the end of school due to the dead period.

The first day of Summer practice will be Monday June 13th. We will probably practice M, W, Th every week but the dead week.
