T.O.R.A's Purpose

Texas Off-Roaders Association (TORA) , an Amarillo based non-profit corporation of family oriented Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) club members and individuals. TORA was founded in 2002 to educate enthusiast in the principals of responsible OHV recreation here in the Texas Panhandle. It also works as a liaison between Off-Road enthusiasts and Local, County, State and Federal Organizations. TORA members believe that education, communication, and safety is the key to good relations with our community. TORA advocates sound control, Pack it in Pack it out (TRASH), and Tread Lightly trail management techniques for the protection of the Canadian River and all public Off-Road areas in the State of Texas.
