Little Squirts Important Information -18th of November @Kurrawa

Hi All

We will be packing the trailer for the carnival after training on Friday afternoon at the club at approx. 5 pm. I will be looking for a couple of parent volunteers to assist with this please.

I am also looking for a parent to tow the trailer from the club to the carnival and back again on Saturday. If you can assist with this can you please let me know ASAP

Could all parents and kids please aim to be at Kurrawa at 6.30am to assist with Tent Setup etc.
Please allow plenty of time for parking as it can be a bit hectic. The majority of parking around Kurrawa is 4hr parking only, and carnival is scheduled to run till 2 pm.

*Warm up will be at 7am. All children need to be ready to go at 7am.
*Please remember Nipper Caps, Goggles and a Pink Rashie
*Please pack plenty of sunscreen, Water, Food etc. There will be a BBQ and Cafe also for food and drink purchases.
*Carnival will NOT be a Live Heats Carnival.
*First Event is scheduled for 8am with an Approx. 2PM Finish all going well.
*We will need parent helpers at the end of the carnival please to help with tent pack up etc, then unloading the trailer back at the club.
*When children are not competing they are encouraged to remain under the tent, in the shade within sight of their Age Group Leader so they can be easily located for events.
*Reminder that under no circumstances is any parent to approach an Official. If you have any issues you must see me please.
*It is going to be a really fun day for the kids in the water in both individual and team events.
