FC Bohemians

We played FC Bohemians away near Oldham in Mossley raising money for Mossley Food Bank.
First time we’ve played them and we didn’t hv a full team this time with 4 players drafted in to help fill the team leaving us 2 subs. It was a tough awakening too, with a lot of shuffling about and new players it became quickly apparent that FC Bohemians were a well coached team/played together for a while as they cut through us with some great passing and quick movement leaving us 6-0 down at half time! Our heaviest defeat in a half.
A few injuries hit us with another shake up needed including myself (Tom) having to drop into CB. We seemed to get to grips better the second half, and managed to put more pressure on their goal creating a few chances which on another day may hv gone in reducing the gap. The bohemians though always deserved this win, really dominating the game and then they managed to get one last goal which ended up being a wonder goal…. An overhead kick from outside the box finishing the score 7-0 to FC Bohemians.
Dec came out with the man of the match despite the result but his effort throughout put him up there.
Our heaviest loss but with a break now this gives injuries to get back fit and hopefully focus on us rectifying this with a win in the next game.
