Macarthur Orioles are calling for Expressions of Interest for the position of BNSW State League Head Coach.

This is a significant leadership role overseeing our NSW State League & Women’s League high-performance program — guiding four men’s teams and two women’s teams as we continue to build a strong, competitive and development-focused culture.

We’re looking for a strategic, experienced leader who can:
⚾ Drive coach and player development
⚾ Lead recruitment and performance programs
⚾ Align our program with Baseball NSW pathways
⚾ Build a disciplined, inclusive and high-performing club environment
