Greetings! I hope all are doing well. I’m sure we all are excited to get back to normal and in the gym. Unfortunately we are still on Shelter in Place until May 4, for our safety. Therefore we will be starting 1000 Rep Challenge Zoom Training on Monday 4/20. The schedule will be as follow:
Time: 1:00-2:00 pm
Monday Core
Wednesday Ball Handling
Friday Full Body
