Applications need to be in ASAP.

Once approved you will get another email with instructions for membership dues.

Those who have already completed you applications THANK YOU!!

Please look for payment instructions in the next couple of days.

All members,

I must apologize for the failure that occurred when making the team membership an Adobe document.  I need to scrap that process and come up with a better solution that can be done with a mobile phone.


Therefore, all member must submit their application using the following link.  This includes those members who previously submitted their application.  That includes you Jerry and Joshua.

If you lose this email, you can also access this link from the "Team Phoenix Racers" Facebook page.  Just click on the blue "APP" button below the team picture. Only the head of household needs to agree to a contract for those applying for a household membership .  


Again I apologize for the inconvenience but hopefully this will improve the process.  Also, only after the applications have been approved will you be given the opportunity to make payment.  That will come in a separate email that notifies you of the approval.
