Hope you’re doing great! Are you going to be on the Triple Impact Competitor workshop tonight for Niwot’s student-athletes? I saw there were a few track athletes signed up. Just wanted to make sure you saw that one of the 2 PCA trainers will be Sherman Armstrong who was an All-American and Olympic Trials hurdler, from the University of Illinois. I didn’t even know he was a trainer for us (in Miami) until I saw him on Niwot’s session. Anyway- cool to have a high-level track guy, giving your workshop!
