30 minute HIIT workout without equipment

Dear all,

I hope you all have had a nice weekend under this fabulous weather, with the upcoming mid term break I would like everyone to stay active still. HIIT workout, High Intensity Interval Training, is a very good all around workout which will help you develop your cardiovascular function.
