The award was open to all high school bowlers (freshman through senior class) who met performance criteria. The All-State Team members, and their placement on the teams, were determined by a point system. Athletes earned points based on their regular season conference performance and their state tournament sectional, regional, semi-state, and championship finishes.

This year’s boys first team is headlined by Laville sophomore Ryan Carmichael. Carmichael was the Michiana West’s top player while consistent play through the state tournament elevated the 2025 State Runner-up to his second consecutive all state first team honor. Also earning their second consecutive all state first team honor were Concord junior Drew Watts, and Evansville Reitz senior Cameron Barnett. Wyatt Skipper, junior from Elkhart, and Plainfield sophomore Haydin Smrekar round out this year’s boy’s first team squad. Skipper was the 2026 individual state runner-up.

Boone Grove junior Morgan Morales leads the Girls’ First Team selections. Morales, who earned first team honors in 24-25, captured this year’s girls individual state championship while also leading her Lady Wolves squad to their second state championship in school history. She becomes the first player to capture both the team and singles state titles in the same year since Griffith’s Morgan Schoon in 2020. Cathedral junior Grace Zuerner, Frankton sophomore Addison Voiles, South Putnam’s Elizabeth Dobson, and Roncalli senior Alison Holden all joined Morales as first team honorees. Voiles and Zuerner both earned all-state honors for the second consecutive season.
