Urgent repair works are currently underway on the Flood affected rail line to WA. Due to the serve erosion and the damage caused by the heavy rainfall, the estimated timeframe for rail restoration is currently 10-12 days, which is longer than anticipated. Once the rail lines are reopened delays are likely to be felt into the coming weeks as the backlog of freight is cleared.

With freight currently unable to move via rail, increased pressure has been placed on the road network resulting in heavy congestion, decreased vehicle availability and lead time delays.

We are working with our transport providers to get our consignments to Perth as quickly as possible. However, please be aware this could result in orders being delayed or part shipped as we wait for stock to arrive into our Perth Warehouse.
