To all our Wandong Warriors,

Unfortunately, despite the clubs of the SDJFNL brainstorming various ways to be able to get our kids onto the field for a short season in 2020, it has only today been confirmed that we are unable to play in any capacity for the season 2020.

This of course is disappointing news and from all the Committee, please know that we really did try to get the kids on the field in some capacity, however, the safety and wellbeing of our kids, members, families and the wider community are paramount and we must follow the guidelines.

The Warriors committee will now need to come together to discuss how this impacts the club and we will revert to you all again once we work out the next steps.

In the meantime, we look forward to a great season in 2021 and will hopefully be able to bring all our club together in the not too distant future.
