We have a few different things going on for the EGM / Christmas social, please read carefully and put your attendance.

Dress code is shit shirt /sweater and sparkle – Best dress will have additional points for their team during the main event. Adapt it how you want but as long as there are shit shirts or sweaters, glitter and sparkle then its fair game! I do expect to see a massive amount of glitter!

First off we have the EGM which will kick off around 1500 at Wrecking Ball on Whitefryers Gate.
This will last until 1830 at the latest with a break in between. Please confirm your attendance below.

We will then break for food.

After the break we will give out our Secret Santas. Strict price limit between £5 – £10, nothing offensive, however the more creative and funnier the better. If you want to be involved in this please put yes on the link below. Deadline for participating will be Tuesday 07th December.

We will then begin our Christmas Raffle organized by Polly, there already some amazing prizes up for grabs. Tickets will be released at a later date but if you have any prizes you would like to donate, I’m sure we all have a spare Lynx Africa set somewhere, then please give these to either Polly or myself.

Throughout this there will be drinks available at the bar.

Any presents or prizes you don’t want to take without on the night, you can leave in the venue. Please use the labels provided to put your name on as it will be myself collecting these and dropping them off in my postman pat van!

Then we will crack on with this years duck hunt.

You will be split up into groups and you’ll be working against the clock to complete the Roundheads ‘Naughty & Nice Scavenger Hunt’.

The plan is to work your way around town having to complete a number challenges and cryptic clues of Hull trivia along the way!

Photographs/Videos of these challenges need to be obtained as proof they have been completed.

The challenges will be given out to your team on the day. The majority of tasks do require you to be in a drinking establishment however it’s up to you which pubs you attend but there is scope to be creative along the way!

There will be a time limit of around 2 hours for you to make your way around town and meet at the finish (TBC)

People need to be back by the time stated, if they are late they receive a forfeit! I will greet each team and scores their efforts. There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams. Winners celebrate, others commiserate, the party begins into the night around town!
