This update is to provide you with important information related to your wage payment for hours worked in the fortnight ending 21st of April 2019.

Payroll Processing
There will be a one-day delay in the payment of wages for pay period ending 21st of April 2019 due to the Easter public holiday long weekend. The payroll team will submit the payroll bank file instead on Wednesday 24th April 2019. Please ensure you communicate this impact to all your employees early.

Timesheet Submission
Timesheets will be need to be submitted no later than 12pm (AEST) Tuesday 23rd of April 2019. Ensure you have a plan to execute timesheets throughout the holiday period.

Off-Cycle Wage Payment
Due to the accounting period month-end processing requirements and the impact of the ANZAC day public holiday, there will be no off-cycle wage payments Monday 22nd April 2019 to Wednesday 1st May 2019.
