Congratulations to former Kangaroo Jordan Buckingham who has signed a rookie contract with Cricket SA. Jordan was a part of the Cricket Victoria Emerging Performance squad for the past 2 years and was last week rewarded for his efforts by being offered a rookie contract with Cricket SA. It's great recognition of the fine performances Jordan has been putting in over his career to date.

Jordan started his junior cricket with the Greenvale Kangaroos in the Under 14s and went on to play in 3 premiership teams in one season – Under 16s, Under 18s and Local 3rds and back to back Under 18s premierships.
He debuted for the GKCC 1st IX Premier Team in 2017-18 when he received cap no. 652. He went on to play 16 games for GKCC.
