Attached is the table showing the groupings and respective tee times for your reference. Ideally the whole group will be there in time for the first group to tee off, so that everyone can be addresses prior to the game, but as that may not happen, please ensure you pass on to your players the following information:

The match will be played as stableford event

Highest aggregate of 10 best scores from each team will win the Masters Title

Day prizes will be awarded for            -             Best individual score

      Runner Up

      3rd place

      NTP for each of the 4 Par 3s

      LD on 2 Par 5s

      Drive & Pitch on the 18th

Player who don’t use the MiScore App will need to ask for the score card from the Pro-shop on arrival

Players who use the MiScore App will obviously score on their phone

If you use MisSore, but are paired up with a player who uses the card, the instruction on how to submit scores needs to be obtained from the pro-shop

If there are 2 players from the same club in a group, their marker must be from the opposite team

Players must stick to the quick play etiquette, i.e. Play provisional if any doubt, ready golf, 3 minute searching for ball etc

At conclusion of the game, the score cards must be presented to the GCSGC captain Phil Sprague

 

At 16:45 a meal will be serves and presentation take place, so please instruct your players to ensure they meet this time-line.
