A special School Coaches Education Programme was held on 19th November at the Badulla DC Ground, focusing on Skill Adaptability and the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA). Coaches participated in a full practical session designed to demonstrate how skills adapt under varying constraints in a simplified and effective manner. The training highlighted a progressive development model, guiding coaches through the stages of block practice, random practice, skill adaptability and repetition without repetition. The programme aimed to enhance coaching methods used in schools by promoting modern, evidence-based techniques that improve player decision-making and performance in dynamic game environments.
