Strengthening Skills, Mindset & Game Intelligence of Young Cricketers
The Player Education Program held on 27th November 2025 brought together the Western Province North U-15 Team for a focused and high-impact development session aimed at improving the all-round readiness of young athletes competing in the Sri Lanka Youth League.
The session took place at Burgjiya Hotel from 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM, conducted by Mr. Nilantha Wimalaweera, who guided the players through essential components needed to progress toward professional-level cricket.

This program helped the WP North U-15 team refine their technical skills, improve their mindset, and understand the level of discipline required to compete in the modern youth cricket environment. It supports Sri Lanka Cricket’s continued efforts to develop intelligent, confident, and well-prepared young cricketers.
